Monday morning 10.45 – 12 noon
Monday Evening 7pm-8.15pm.
At Posture and Poise, Stratford-Upon-Avon. CV37 9HL.

Friday Morning 10.30am - 11.45am
At The Barn at Brailes (Posture & Poise)

£10. Bring a blanket.
For release, peace and mind, body & spirit.

Also Full moon and New moon Guided Meditation and Sound Healings at Posture & Poise, on the evening these occurances fall on, each month.
£15. 7pm- 8.30pm
Bring a blanket and journalling book.
